For example, for engine component cylinder heads, the company has successfully developed a multi-variety flexible production line for cylinder heads, and developed various types of CNC machining modules for flexible automatic lines. When the flexible automatic line switches from processing one type of workpiece to another, the CNC program can be changed to adapt to the multi-variety processing, greatly improving production efficiency and equipment utilization rate. This production line can also be used when developing similar products, greatly improving the development speed. For engine component cylinder blocks, the company has successfully developed a cylinder bore and crankshaft bore offset design technology. The offset layout design of the cylinder bore and crankshaft, on the one hand, reduces the lateral pressure and friction of the piston, extends the service life of the cylinder liner and piston, and reduces the subsequent maintenance cost of the engine; on the other hand, it saves the space for crankshaft and piston movement, reduces the engine size, saves the vehicle installation space, and reduces the loss of transmission power. In addition, for connecting rods, flywheels, main bearing caps, gear chambers, exhaust pipes and other products, the company has mastered core technology systems such as expansion-rupture vibration chip removal device technology and small-head bushing hot pressing technology, automatic centering expansion clamping fixture, oil groove anti-error device, permanent magnet non-deformation device, and pipe mouth vertical adding sleeve turning device.
