Announcement of Resolutions of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Third Board of Supervisors

I. Convening of the Board of Supervisors Meeting
(I) The Fourteenth Meeting of the Third Session of Xiangyang Changyuan Donggu Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") (hereinafter referred to as "this meeting") was convened in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the Articles of Association of the Company.
(II) The Company, on March 4, 2021, sent by email the notice and materials for this meeting.
(III) The Company, on March 9, 2021, held this meeting by on-site voting in the Company's Conference Room No. 1.
(IV) 3 supervisors should have attended this Board of Supervisors meeting, and 3 supervisors actually attended.
(V) This meeting was chaired by Wang Guoliang, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. The Company's Board Secretary and Securities Affairs Representative attended this meeting as non-voting participants.
II. Deliberations of the Board of Supervisors Meeting
After deliberation by the attending supervisors, the following proposal was approved: ：
Proposal 1: Deliberation on < Proposal Regarding the Proposed Signing of an "Investment Agreement" with Xiangzhou District People's Government
