▲ The base‑model CY2500 (31.5 MW, in production) is delivered with a 25 ppm NOx emission configuration; the CY2535 and DLE combustion chamber are progressing according to the certification roadmap. A complete technical briefing and specification sheet are available upon request.

Service Line

Six major services, one responsible entity.

Aircraft Sales and Procurement

Global procurement and sales of both in-stock and order‑build aircraft, covering new, zero‑hour‑time, and remanufactured airframes; a complete equipment list is available upon execution of an NDA.

Aircraft System Integration and Load Testing

Complete integrated package for gas turbines and reciprocating units: including base frame, enclosure, in-house‑designed cooling system, control/DCS, and factory‑performed full‑load testing.

Overhaul, Refurbishment, and Core Engine Remanufacturing

Overhaul reports, borescope inspections, and component-level refurbishment management ensure transparent, traceable pre-delivery status; furthermore, we undertake engine core‑stage replacement, overhaul, and remanufacturing, supporting 50→60 Hz frequency conversions and DLE combustion system upgrades.

Power Plant Scheme and EPC Collaboration

Collaborate with EPC partners to deliver simple-cycle, combined-cycle, and containerized power plants, including emission‑control systems such as SCR denitrification.

Spare Parts and After-Sales Service

Spare parts inventory and the field service network are supported by CY Power USA for U.S.-based after-sales service.

Gas turbine heat dissipation and auxiliary equipment integration

The group’s in-house‑designed cooling system is directly integrated with the sound‑enclosed enclosure of the gas turbine unit—eliminating one outsourcing step and enhancing delivery‑schedule certainty.

Typical Solution

A mature solution for data centers and peak-shaving applications.

The following is a series of standardized solutions, customizable to suit site-specific conditions and grid‑connection requirements; a Letter of Intent (LOI) has already been signed for a data center project in North America.

The first batch of overseas sales contracts for gas turbine generator sets has been signed, with a total contract value of USD 165 million (as disclosed in the 2026 semi-annual report) / North America · Data Centers,Aero‑derived multi‑unit power plant solution / North America,Industrial‑type and aero‑derivative units: multiple projects are under way / Oceania,“Industrial‑type Unit N+1 Power Plant Scheme,” with the following note: “Project information shall be subject to the Company’s public announcements; contracts that have been signed will be posted on this page only after lawful disclosure.”

Trade Assurance

Transaction conducted in accordance with international practice: LOI → PSA → Escrow → Inspection → Delivery

Every step of secondhand and temporary‑unit transactions is backed by standardized safeguard clauses, ensuring that both buyers and sellers maintain full control over financial and equipment‑related risks.

Installment escrow payment

A escrow agreement is signed in coordination with PSA, with funds released in installments according to the milestones of “contract signing—inspection approval—loading.” Loan disbursement occurs upon shipment, departure from port, and completion of the transfer of ownership.

Inspection and Borescope Inspection Rights

Following the signing, a 30-day acceptance inspection period will be established: on-site verification, visual inspection of openings, and third-party witnessing; all operation and maintenance records will be made available for review.

Clear Title and Transfer of Risk

The transfer of title shall be free of any liens or encumbrances; until shipment, transfer of title, and departure from the port are completed, the seller shall bear all risks associated with the equipment.

Complete documentation delivery

Manuals, inspection reports, maintenance and overhaul records, packing lists, engineering documents, and the transferable warranty are handed over concurrently; upon delivery, turnkey operation and maintenance services can be entrusted.

CY Power USA

US mainland entities, domestic delivery

CY Power USA is the Group’s U.S.-based subsidiary for power‑equipment manufacturing (currently under establishment). It constructs local facilities on a lease basis and undertakes unit assembly, full‑load testing, control system integration, enclosure and radiator assembly, as well as after‑sales spare parts supply. Additionally, it provides integrated solutions and enclosure projects to leading global engine manufacturers, enabling North American customers to contract with, accept delivery from, and settle payments through a single U.S. entity.

The contracting party may, according to the customer’s requirements, choose either the listed company’s headquarters or its U.S. subsidiary; the project pipeline encompasses data centers, peak‑shaving applications, and industrial users.

Collaboration Process

1 · Submit requirements (power range, frequency, fuel type, site location)
2 · Obtain the technical proposal and budget‑level quotation
3 · Sign an NDA to obtain the complete equipment list and test reports.
4 · On-site/Third-party Inspection, Commercial Negotiation
