  (1) Xiangyang Changyuan Donggu Industrial Co., Ltd. was established on December 9, 2001. It acquired land at No. 100 Diamond Avenue, Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City in 2004. The old factory area had been empty before construction and was not polluted. The company started the construction of the "Technical Transformation of R&D Capability of Key Components of Engines Above 3L" in December 2008. It was put into operation in March 2010. The main products are cylinder blocks, connecting rods, cylinder heads, tile covers, gear chambers and other metal products. The production process is mainly machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, boring, and welding processes, and does not involve surface treatment and painting processes.
  (2) In 2010, due to market needs, the company adjusted the products and output of the "Technical Transformation of Key Engine Components and R&D Capabilities of Engines Above 3L" project in the old factory area during the period. Some products were discontinued and new products were added. The production process has been updated, and the previous production lines have been eliminated. There are mainly 25 engine parts production lines with a total production capacity of about 2.5 million pieces (sets) per year. The main production processes are rough milling, drilling, rough grinding, intermediate cleaning, fine milling, fine grinding, final cleaning, and inspection and testing. The process is relatively simple and does not involve other links such as surface treatment and painting.

The project team complies with the requirements of "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation of Soil Pollution Status of Construction Land" (HJ 25.1-2019) and "Soil Environmental Quality Control Standard for Soil Pollution Risk of Construction Land (for Trial Implementation)" (GB36600-2018), combined with preliminary investigations and site surveys In this survey, a total of 8 soil monitoring points were set up on the site, and a total of 12 soil samples were collected. The monitoring factors include all the items in Table 1 (VOCs, SVOCs, arsenic, cadmium, chromium (VI), copper, lead, mercury, nickel ).
  According to the results of this soil monitoring: (1) The detection results of 7 heavy metal elements (arsenic, cadmium, copper, lead, mercury, nickel, and hexavalent chromium) tested in 12 soil samples did not exceed the "Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil" Pollution Risk Control Standards (Trial)" (GB36600-2018) The screening value of the first type of land, the 39 VOCs and SVOCs tested in this test did not exceed the "Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard ( Trial)" (GB36600-2018) Screening value for the first type of land.
  The preliminary investigation results of the soil pollution situation in the old factory area of ​​Xiangyang Changyuan Donggu Industrial Co., Ltd. showed that all the test indicators of the soil samples in the site did not exceed the "Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard (Trial)" (GB36600-2018) The screening value of the first type of land is not a contaminated land, and meets the soil environmental quality requirements of the nature of the planned land. There is no need to carry out detailed investigation and risk assessment work, and subsequent land development and construction can be carried out.
